According to the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, typical cases of key cultural tourism corridors, belts, and zones have been collected from across the province to showcase Jiangsu's rich cultural appeal.

As outlined in Jiangsu's 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Culture and Tourism, the key cultural tourism corridors, belts, and zones include the World-Class Grand Canal Cultural Heritage Corridor, Coastal Ecological Tourism Corridor, Yangtze River Urban Leisure Tourism Belt, Eastern Silk Road Tourism Belt along the Land Bridge, Taihu Lake Ecological Cultural Tourism Zone, and Hongze Lake Ecological Cultural Tourism Zone.

Among the selected cases, Lianyungang has collaborated with Xuzhou and Wujiang to create a waterside green demonstration area, while Suqian has joined hands with Huai'an, Suzhou, and Shangqiu to establish an inter-regional cooperation mechanism. Yangzhou and Zhenjiang have jointly developed cross-regional tourism products themed around the Confluence of the Yangtze River and the Grand Canal, while Suzhou and Wuxi have launched the Taihu Lake Panorama tour.

Several cities have been promoted for their unique cultural and tourism appeal, including Huai'an as the most beautiful tourism destination along the Grand Canal, Lianyungang as the Hometown of the Monkey King, Yancheng as a world natural heritage site, Suqian as a flourishing city nourished by the Hongze Lake, and Qidong as the best place to watch the sunrise over the sea. Wuxi, Changzhou, and Xuzhou have been recognized for their urban renewal efforts driven by new productive forces and humanistic economics.

Additionally, notable examples of integrated cultural and tourism development include Xinghua's pile field culture, Gaoyou's folk-song singing, Nanjing's Yangtze River tours, Taizhou's breakfast gourmet tour, and Zhenjiang's Xijin Ferry night tour, offering visitors diverse experiences that blend local traditions with tourism.
