On March 18, ARAP Sealing (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. officially commenced operations, injecting new vitality into high-tech manufacturing. Swiss-based ARAP Sealing International is a joint venture established by Switzerland's century-old company Angst+Pfister and Italy's Argomm Group. Last year, ARAP Sealing established its Changzhou branch, with a total investment of 30 million US dollars. The project, which focuses on the research and manufacturing of precision automotive components, signed a contract to locate within the Changzhou National High-Tech District (CND). It primarily provides high-performance sealing products, including research, production, sales, and engineering solutions for rubber, plastic, and magnetic plastic components. This marks ARAP Sealing's inaugural research and manufacturing base in China, situated in CND’s Huaping Intelligent Manufacturing Park, with a commitment to becoming the most advanced equipment technology and highest value-added factory among the global facilities under the group's umbrella. It is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue exceeding 110 million yuan after production.

Currently, the CND accommodates over 2,000 foreign-funded enterprises established by multinational corporations from 68 countries and regions worldwide. Among them are 36 Fortune 500 companies, with over 1,000 foreign nationals residing in the district.
